It works fantastic! Just click on the extension (up right of the browser), then, download video, and it will open in another tab. There, click on the 3 dots "download" and it will appear as MP4 in your downloads folder. Change the name and save it. That's it!

It actually worked! Nothing else I've tried has worked for downloading substack videos. It didn't seem to work right away. I had to click on the extension, and have it ask me to refresh the page to show the link. Not sure if that was intended? I thought it would auto-detect that I was on a substack video page, and show the link without any action on my part. Also: I have no idea how extensions work, so I'm a bit paranoid that it can access all the data on all my active tabs. So I've set it ... Show more
