BulkBooks – Invoice PDF & Attachment Exporter saves bookkeepers and accountants hours of clicking. It's built for Xero users: connect to Xero, pick a client organisation and a date range, and BulkBooks downloads every invoice and bill PDF and every file attachment into one tidy ZIP. What you get • Folders by month and contact: 2026-03/Harbour Lane Café/2026-03-14_Harbour Lane Café_INV-0142.pdf • File attachments saved next to their invoice or bill (receipts, supplier PDFs, signed quotes) • Optional credit notes and bank-transaction attachments • An index.csv listing every document: number, contact, date, status, currency, total, file name, and whether it exported OK • Works with every Xero organisation you're allowed to access. Choose one per export. Safe by design • Read-only. BulkBooks asks Xero only for read permissions and can't create, edit, void or delete anything. • Connects through Xero's official API and sign-in page. Your Xero password is never shared with us. • No servers. Documents go straight from Xero to your computer, and we never see your data. • Paced to Xero's API rate limits automatically, so long exports wait politely instead of failing. Pricing • Free: the first 25 documents per export, so you can try it on a real client. • Pro: $19/month for unlimited exports. Cancel any time. Good to know • Please disconnect when you're done. After each export BulkBooks shows a reminder with a one-click "Disconnect & revoke" button. BulkBooks currently has a limited number of Xero organisation connections shared by all users, so disconnecting frees one up. You can reconnect any time. • Large exports take time. Xero allows about 60 API requests a minute and a daily allowance per organisation. BulkBooks shows an estimate before you start. • Requires a Xero login with access to the organisation's invoices.
