This unofficial tool for the Steam Store shows how much reviews mention jumpscares, so you can check before you buy. ◆ Features • Shows "JUMPSCARE ○%" next to the game title on Steam store pages • Click it to see the review excerpts behind the score • Supports reviews in multiple languages, mainly English, Japanese and Chinese ◆ How it works It scans the most recent reviews (up to 500) for mentions of jumpscares. The score is the percentage of those reviews that say the game has jumpscares. (Reviews saying there are "a few" or "not many" also count as having jumpscares.) ◆ Notes • Results are automated and based on word patterns. Sarcasm and indirect phrasing may be misjudged. • Review excerpts may contain spoilers. Please use with care. • The score is only a guide and does not guarantee the game's content.
