Pikola - Fantasy Basketball Draft Assistant

Live bids, picks and nominations for Yahoo fantasy basketball auction and snake drafts, priced to your roster and the money left.

Your draft changes. Pikola changes with it. Pikola is a live fantasy basketball draft assistant for Yahoo. It sits beside your draft room in Chrome and tells you what to do next, based on the team you're actually building and what's happening in the room. Not just who ranks highest. Who makes sense for you, right now. AUCTION DRAFTS Know what to bid. Know when to stop. Pikola gives every available player a value based on your roster, your remaining budget and the draft around you. When a player is nominated, you get a clear instruction: Bid $32. As the price moves, Pikola moves with it. You'll see: • Your maximum bid • The current price • When to keep bidding • When you're at your limit • When to walk away • Which categories the player helps Values update after every sale, so the number you're looking at reflects the draft you're actually in. When it's your turn to nominate, Pikola also helps you decide who to put up next. SNAKE DRAFTS Know who to take now, and who you can risk waiting for. Pikola ranks the players available based on your team, not just a generic rankings list. When you're on the clock, it gives you a recommended pick and the best alternatives. Between picks, it helps you plan ahead. You'll see: • Who Pikola would take next • What that player adds to your team • Which categories they help • Whether they fit your remaining roster spots • Players who may still be available at your next pick • When waiting could mean missing out So instead of staring at a rankings list wondering whether to reach, wait or change direction, you've got a plan. MY TEAM See your draft take shape as it happens. Pikola tracks the players you've drafted and shows how your roster is developing across each category. Categories are labelled simply: Strong. Good. Even. Behind. Weak. Punting. As the draft progresses, you can also see your estimated chance of winning each category in a typical week. Results shows how the teams in the room are shaping up as the draft unfolds. BUILT FOR THE DRAFT YOU'RE ACTUALLY IN Static rankings can't know that you've already drafted three centres. They can't know that half the room has spent most of its money. They can't know which categories your team suddenly needs. Pikola can. It keeps recalculating as players come off the board, your roster changes and the draft develops. WHAT YOU NEED • Yahoo Fantasy Basketball • Auction or snake drafts • Category leagues • Chrome on desktop Yahoo mock drafts work too, so you can practise before your real draft.
