Problème seed

Bonjour, suite à une réinstallation de mon wallet, j'inscris ma "Seed" de 12 mots. Problème ce n'est pas mon portefeuille qui apparaît, j'ai essayé d'ajouter des adresse supplémentaire, vérifier plusieurs fois les mots et l'ordre mais rien n'y fait.
C'est bien un autre wallet qui s'ouvre et non le mien.

Pouvez-vous faire quelque chose pour m'aider ?

i have been trying to login into my wallet using this device but after inputting my recovery phrase and password it will continue to synchronise for hours without logging me in dont know what to do

Tried to clear cache and "Clearing storage" screen won't go away

I tried to clear the cache because I was having some trouble accessing an app, and now whenever I open the extension there is a black screen with a circle and says "Clearing storage." How can I fix it?

Could not access extension on Chrome web browser. I am using Macbook.

The pag says something like this:

Your file couldn’t be accessed
It may have been moved, edited, or deleted.
ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND

Please help.
