I tried CRX Downloader in october 2023 and I wasn't able to download anything, even disabling almost all extension. With this one I was able to download the zip of the extension I wanted. It seems simple and effective.

Great extension which gives a consumer a small edge over cutting edge technology to prevent tracking. I would use in conjunction with a VPN and a Wiping Utility. Privacy is a right, do not give it up! Best to all, Darren Chaker
