Trello Pro brings back Trello's classic look and adds a private productivity layer on top of your boards: plan today's work, follow up on time, spot cards that need attention and see where your time goes – without leaving Trello. Trello Pro never edits, moves, archives, assigns or comments on your cards. Everything it stores stays in your browser. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHAT'S NEW IN 4.0 ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Your existing settings carry over, and the classic features work as before. New in this version: ⭐ MY FOCUS • Star the cards you want to work on today – the card itself is not changed • See what is overdue, due soon, waiting on someone, stale, missing information or recently completed, across every board you open • Available in the toolbar popup, a full dashboard, and a small Trello Pro button on Trello itself 🔔 FOLLOW-UP REMINDERS • Private reminders on any card: "chase the client tomorrow", "check the review on Monday" • They never change the card's due date • Optional desktop notifications with Snooze and Done, shown once per reminder • Due reminders also show as a number on the toolbar icon 🩺 CARD HEALTH CHECKER • Flags cards that may be hard to finish: no description, nobody assigned, vague title, possible duplicate, empty or unfinished checklist, overdue, appears blocked, or no change for weeks • Every finding explains why, suggests a next step and says how sure it is • Turn any rule off, or hide a finding for one card 🎯 FOCUS MODE • Show only the lists you need, hide done lists and completed cards • Hide covers, labels, badges or avatars, and dim cards that aren't on today's list • Save presets and switch on or off with Alt+Shift+F • Purely visual – exit and your board is exactly as it was ⏱️ FOCUS TIMER • Start, pause and stop a timer on any card; it keeps running when you reload • If Chrome closes or your computer sleeps, the timer pauses instead of counting the gap • Correct or add entries, compare estimates with tracked time, see daily and weekly totals, export to CSV 💡 NEXT ACTIONS • Suggestions for what to look at next, each with its reasons ("Overdue by 3 days · Assigned to you") • You choose the rules and can dismiss any suggestion 📝 PERSONAL REVIEW • A daily or weekly summary of completed work, tracked time, outstanding follow-ups and cards that haven't moved • What actually happened is kept separate from what is only inferred • Export as Markdown ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ CLASSIC FEATURES ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • Card count under every list title, updated instantly as cards are added, moved or removed • Total card count beside the board name • Layouts: Trello default, Compact (two-column cards) or Classic (single-column cards) • Hide card cover images for a more compact board • Board Search button in the header to jump between boards ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ PRIVATE BY DESIGN ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • No account, no server, no analytics, no tracking • Reads only what Trello shows on screen – no API keys or Trello login needed • Your focus list, reminders, time entries and board index are stored only in your browser • Settings sync through Chrome only if you use Chrome Sync, and contain no board content • Export or delete your data at any time from Settings • Desktop notifications are optional and only requested when you turn them on ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ GOOD TO KNOW ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • Only boards you open in this browser are included in the dashboard, and it shows when each board was last seen • Trello only displays due dates and badges for cards that are on screen, so scrolling through a board once helps Trello Pro read all of its cards • Reminders fire while Chrome is running; one that falls due while Chrome is closed appears when Chrome next starts Every feature can be switched off in Settings.
