One trademarked phrase in a title or tag can get a listing taken down, or a whole shop suspended. MarkGuard catches those phrases while you write the listing, not weeks later in a takedown email. HOW IT WORKS • Open a listing in your Etsy, Amazon Merch, Redbubble or Shopify editor. • MarkGuard reads the title, tags and description and checks every word and phrase against 1.7 million live US trademarks. • Risky fields get a red outline. A small panel lists each match: the phrase, the trademark owner, and why it matters. • Change the phrase and the warning clears as you type. You can also paste any text into the MarkGuard popup to check it before you even open the editor. FEWER FALSE ALARMS Lots of ordinary words are registered by someone. Flagging them all would be useless, so MarkGuard grades every match: • Matched to your product: a mark registered for shirts matters on a shirt; one registered only for car parts usually does not. • Everyday words like "Adventure", "Cat" or "Best Dad Ever" stay quiet. Coined names and catchphrases like "Just Do It" do not. • Brands known for filing takedowns against print-on-demand sellers are flagged across every product type. DATA Live US word marks from the public USPTO register in the classes print-on-demand products use (apparel, mugs, stickers and paper goods, phone cases, home decor, bags, jewelry, toys), refreshed weekly.
