The free plan needs no credit card. 2. Open the editor once. The extension picks the signature up on its own. 3. Compose in Gmail. Your signature is already there. NO GOOGLE PERMISSION REQUIRED Out of the box this extension asks for no Google access at all. The signature is inserted locally, in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, and the extension never reads your mail. If you would rather store the signature inside Gmail itself — so it also applies on your phone — the site offers an optional one-click path that uses a single narrow Google permission (gmail.settings.basic) to write the signature into your Gmail settings. That permission can set your signature and nothing else; it cannot read your email. It is entirely optional and the extension works fully without it. NO WATERMARK ON THE FREE PLAN Signatures made on the free plan carry your own name, logo and links, and nothing else. There is no "created with" line and no badge to remove.
