My subscription is pro but it send only 10 dms

I have been on pro plan for almost an year and it started showing me that its not pro plan. And in billing it shows my plan will renew on nov 28 then why i Am not able to access it.

Syncing

Hey there, I log in into the same google account from multiple proxies & IG accounts, however it does not synch the bots, scripts and lists. Is it okay? And if I buy a pro subscription, will I be able to use it from multiple accounts?

Hey, ive downloaded your extension. When it says 'Instagram username' Can i plug a url into that or does it have to be the handle?

Legal Concerns

Dear IGDMBot team,

I am an ecom brand owner and I came across your amazing software. I really like how everything
is set up and how much posibilities I get using this tool.

Unfortunately I read an many article in which it was said that this type of marketing is called
"cold canvassing" and that it is illegal.

Is it actual illegal to use this software to contact unknown people or do I get it wrong? If it is
actual legal I would love if you can explain to me why and und which circumstances. Btw.
I am living in Germany just that you know.

When there is no legal concern for me to book your software I am planning to go for an
yearly subscription when it fulfills my expectations.

Not Working

Hi,

I have been using IG DM bot for a long time and pay for pro, however over the last few days it hasn't been sending at all, just stuck on 'working' and never sends any messages. The line below the 'working' where it shows when the next DM will be sent doesn't come up and is just stuck like this.

I have tried on multiple accounts, logging out, removing the extension, using a different instagram account, however it doesn't fix anything.
