Opening remote files via the extension
Hi, very nice extension, love performance (although haven't tested on really big files) and keyboard navigation; probably moving all the control elements into one row (instead of 2) would be better for leaving more space for the content. My main question/suggestion though is whether opening files from the web can be implemented (example: https://math.ru/lib/book/plm/v21.djvu → https://math.ru/lib/files/plm/v21.djvu). For now neither interface allows that nor djvu links are opened via the plugin. Is it better to create an issue at https://github.com/RussCoder/djvujs ?

Making Default djvu viewer
The viewer works wonderfully. Is it possible to make this the default viewer of djvu files on my machine? That is, can I make djvu files open in this viewer when I click on them from the desktop?
