Play Button Not Working

The play button is no longer working in Google Chrome. I can make a new recording and hear the preview. However, when I put it into a Google form the play button no longer works. None of my previous recordings work either.
Help! I use the extension extensively with my students. I need it!

Problems playing voice notes

Starting last week, I have been able to record and post comments on Google docs, but the play button no longer works. If I paste the link into the browser I can hear the comment, but it opens a new window and isn't as convenient. Are you aware of the problem and do you plan to fix it?
