Disposition Shortcuts for VICIdial

Keyboard shortcuts and one-click buttons for VICIdial call dispositions, with a floating Picture-in-Picture panel.

Disposition every call in one keystroke. Disposition Shortcuts adds a small panel to your VICIdial agent screen with a button for every disposition your campaign offers. Click a button, or press Ctrl + Alt + a letter, and the call is hung up and dispositioned through VICIdial's own hotkey flow. No more hunting through the disposition screen after every call. WHAT IT DOES • One-click buttons for every disposition, each with its own Ctrl + Alt shortcut • Keys assign themselves from the disposition names (Sale gets S, Call Back gets C) and clashes fall back to the next sensible letter • The list is read from your campaign, so it updates on its own when your campaign or status group changes • Remap any key: open the gear, click a key and press the letter you want. If it is already taken, the two swap • Global shortcuts: give panel buttons 1 to 9 a key that works even when Chrome is not focused (Ctrl+Shift+1 to 4 are set up for you) • Picture-in-Picture: pop the panel into a floating window that stays on top while you switch tabs or work in other apps. Shortcuts work there too • Move it, resize it from 60% to 250%, or shrink it to a bubble that turns green during a live call PLAYS BY THE RULES • Uses VICIdial's native hotkey flow, so callbacks, lead updates and agent resume behave exactly as they normally do • Only fires during a live customer call • Dispositions locked by minimum or maximum talk time stay locked PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your keys, panel size and position are saved locally in your browser with chrome.storage • No accounts, no analytics, no tracking, and no data is sent anywhere • The only permission requested is "storage" HOW TO USE 1. Install the extension. 2. Open (or refresh) your VICIdial agent screen. It runs on any page whose address contains vicidial.php. 3. The panel appears once you are logged in. Take a call and press a shortcut or click a button. REQUIREMENTS Chrome or Edge 116 or newer on desktop. Picture-in-Picture needs a browser that supports Document Picture-in-Picture.
