Overview
Import Loads to Dispatch Center
The DispatchCenter Chrome Extension is a tool that allows users to import selected data from BATS and CentralDispatch into DispatchCenter. BATS: In BATS the extension allows users to import orders from BATS into DispatchCenter. The extension adds a button to the BATS order page that allows the broker to import the order into DispatchCenter. Once in DispatchCenter, the order is posted to the DispatchCenter load board and is available to carriers on that platform. When a carrier requests a order through DispatchCenter, the BATS user can view, negotiate, and accept the request all within the BATS platform. CentralDispatch: In CentralDispatch the extension allows users to import loads from CentralDispatch into DispatchCenter. The loads have already been accepted and the carriers is intending to leverge DispatchCenter for order management, driver assignment and electronic BOL. The extension adds a button to the CentralDispatch assigned load page that allows the carrier to import the load into DispatchCenter. The carrier can assign a driver and access DispatchCenter's Digital BOL feature. The extension also adds a button to the CentralDispatch list page to create a "Book It Now" on all loads that originate from DispatchCenter. This allows the carrier to book the load directly from CentralDispatch.
