Save prompts, insert them anywhere. Dispatch keeps one prompt library and drops any prompt straight into the AI chat you're already using, instead of hunting through old conversations or a notes app to find and paste it again. Insert Prompts Fast: • Click a prompt in the side panel to insert it directly into the focused text field. • Right-click any editable field for your favorite and recently used prompts, no side panel needed. • Press Ctrl+Shift+U (Command+Shift+U on Mac) to insert your top favorite prompt from anywhere. • If a page isn't supported, the prompt is copied to your clipboard instead so you can paste it by hand. Build a Prompt Library You'll Actually Use: • Organize prompts into nested folders, mark favorites, and drag to reorder. • Search by title, body, or tag. • Add {{placeholders}} to a prompt and Dispatch asks you to fill them in before it's inserted, so one saved prompt covers many similar situations. Reply to Email with AI: • Run a saved prompt against an open Gmail conversation and Dispatch reads the thread, combines it with your prompt, signature, and any extra context, then sends it to the AI service you choose. • Support for additional email services is planned. Choose Your Destination: • Pick which AI services appear in the panel and set a default, or override the destination for an individual prompt. • Claude Desktop opens the installed native app directly instead of a browser tab. Bring Your Prompts With You: • Export your whole library to a CSV file for backup. • Import prompts from elsewhere, with a ready-made prompt on the options page that turns notes, documents, or spreadsheets into a CSV Dispatch can read. Works Across Popular AI Chats: Dispatch works with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other popular AI chat services. Dispatch is an independent tool and isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any AI provider it works with. Supported sites can change as they update their own editors. Private by Design: • Prompts, folders, and settings are stored locally in Chrome; small settings like destination preferences sync across your signed-in Chrome browsers. • Page content is only read from the active tab when you ask Dispatch to insert a prompt or read an open email, and it's never sent anywhere except the AI service you choose. • Anonymous feature-use analytics, on by default, never include prompt text, page content, or URLs, and can be turned off anytime from options.
