Dispatch Desk – Carrier Packets & Broker Vetting for Dispatchers
Overview
Autofill carrier packets, vet brokers with FMCSA data, calculate rate per mile and file rate cons – for truck dispatchers.
Carrier packet autofill and broker vetting for truck dispatchers. Fill RMIS, MyCarrierPackets, Highway and broker carrier setup forms in one click, check a broker's FMCSA authority and bond before you book, and see your real rate per mile. Dispatch Desk is a side panel for Chrome built for freight dispatchers, independent dispatch services and owner-operators. Save each carrier once and stop retyping the same packet for every new broker. CARRIER PACKETS • Save carrier profiles: legal name, MC and USDOT, address, owner and dispatcher contacts, insurance, equipment, factoring and remit-to. • On RMIS, MyCarrierPackets and Highway setup pages, a "Fill form" button appears. On any other broker form: right-click → Fill form with carrier, or press Alt+Shift+F. • Only empty fields are filled, and every filled field is highlighted. Undo restores the page. • It never presses submit, and it skips passwords, captchas and one-time codes. You review and send. BROKER VETTING (FMCSA) • Type, paste or highlight an MC or DOT number and right-click → "Vet with Dispatch Desk". • See broker and carrier authority, allowed-to-operate status, bond (BMC-84/85) and insurance on file, out-of-service orders and safety rating, with a clear verdict: no red flags, book with care, or do not book without checking. • Keep your own notes per broker: star rating, contacts, days-to-pay log and a blocklist that warns you next time. • One-click links to the SAFER snapshot and SMS safety page. RATE PER MILE • All-in and loaded rate per mile with deadhead, diesel, MPG, dispatch fee and factoring fee. • Compare against your target rate and copy a counter-offer in one click. MESSAGES • Driver dispatch sheet, truck-available email, rate counter and check-call templates filled with the load and carrier details. Copy, email or text the driver. Add your own templates. PAPERWORK FILING • Rate confirmations, BOLs, PODs, invoices, COIs, W-9s and NOAs you download are saved to Downloads/Dispatch Desk/<Carrier>/ with clear names. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No account and no cloud: everything stays in Chrome on your computer. • Tax ID and bank details are encrypted with your own passphrase (AES-256). • No analytics, no ads. Network calls go only to FMCSA (broker lookups) and to Dodo Payments for Pro licence checks. • It does not read, copy or scrape DAT, Truckstop or any other load board. FREE AND PRO Free: 1 carrier, 10 broker lookups a day, rate calculator, templates and paperwork filing. Pro ($19/month or $149/year): unlimited carriers and lookups, full vetting history, unlimited templates, paperwork folders per load number, priority support. 14-day money-back guarantee. Dispatch Desk is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by FMCSA, the U.S. Department of Transportation, DAT, Truckstop, RMIS, MyCarrierPackets or Highway.
