Diskard
Overview
Black out what you're sick of seeing. Pick words or names, and Diskard hides matching stories, posts and videos on any site.
I built Diskard because some headlines make me feel dumber just for having read them, like any and all references to the Kardashians. Type the words or names you never want to see again, one per line. Diskard blacks out matching stories, posts and videos on the pages you visit. Changed your mind about one? Click Reveal. HOW IT WORKS - Each line is one filter, matched as a whole word or phrase. Block "Kardashian" and it also catches plurals and possessives. - Matching stories, cards, posts and videos are blacked out individually, so the rest of the page stays readable. - If a page is overrun (more than 10 visible references), Diskard blacks out the whole page instead. - Reveal any blackout with one click. Black it out again just as easily. - Works on news sites, search results, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. - Your list follows you to your other computers if browser sync is on. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Diskard runs entirely in your browser. It collects nothing, sends nothing, and has no servers, no accounts, no analytics and no ads. Nothing you block ever leaves your browser. Free. No ads, no tracking, no catch. Privacy policy: https://edzanelli.com/diskard/privacy
