DiscordCredWatcher
Overview
Warns about Discord credential phishing, fake giveaways, QR-login traps, and suspicious downloads.
DiscordCredWatcher helps protect users from websites displaying common signs of Discord credential phishing and account-stealing scams. It detects suspicious patterns such as fake cryptocurrency giveaways, Discord lookalike domains, unofficial login forms, QR-code login traps, token or session-related instructions, and high-pressure reward claims. When several warning signs are detected, DiscordCredWatcher displays a clear warning before the user continues. Detection happens locally inside the browser. DiscordCredWatcher does not collect or store passwords, cookies, Discord tokens, form entries, or complete webpage contents. DiscordCredWatcher provides an additional layer of protection but cannot guarantee detection of every phishing website or malware operating outside the browser.
