Cancel Subscription

I was charged monthly this month for the extension, but last time I used it my entire discord user list did not export so I figured I did not have the subscription still, but I was charged. So please cancel my subscription as its not been useful.

How do I get it canceled? The fact that it is a monthly charge with no clear way to stop the charge is something that is a recurring complaint, so I would think the developers would be able to create a way to do so easily. Unless the goal is to take money until people cancel their cards to get it to stop.

Does not export all users

I have almost 2k users on my server but it only exported 600 users. I hope it does not only export the connected user because otherwise it is useless for me..
