No account, no key, no signup. Works out of the box for over 100 languages. Romaji and pinyin still appear because we generate them client-side using wanakana and pinyin-pro libraries — no server round-trip needed. 🟣 GEMINI (BYOK — bring your own key) Plug in your own free Google Gemini API key for noticeably better translation of slang, idioms, and casual chat. Gemini reads context better, so "lol that was so based" gets translated correctly instead of literally.
