Disables 'ink skipping' in links.

Worked on some sites for a while, but not all, and periodically modifies every page, making web development annoying. I've put together a new "No Ink Skipping" replacement extension which can be used as a replacement.

Seemed to work on first installation but currently appears not to work. Not sure why.

Wonderful! Thanks for reversing this poor default setting Chrome has pushed on us. If you add the ability to click on the extension icon and quickly toggle it on/off, I'll happily make this a 5/5.

Doesn't fix links in Web Console.

Thanks a lot! A great and quick way to return links viewing in Chrome to the normal mode without gaps in underline!
