"Block cookie by default" mode

That would be cool to be able to block cookies by default, and enable them only when needed

Why does this disable LocalStorage as well? I only want to disable cookies.

a nice option...

I think a nice option would be to block all cookies and hit the button to allow cookies instead of vice versa.. I can't quite seem to find a way to do this other than disabling it in the settings and going back in there for every site i want to enable.
