Since google is removing the ability for this to work, I looked for and found another way to stop gain control: chrome://flags/#enable-webrtc-allow-input-volume-adjustment simply disable the chrome feature. however this flag is experimental and may not be permanent

Didnt help. Volume in Windows 11 still dropping. I have been searching for years.
