Opção 2 – Com o click to call associado ao Discador na nuvem da Directcall: O visitante do seu web site clica para falar e o atendimento também é imediato, mas somente quando o click to call encontra um atendente disponível. Quando não encontra aguarda um atendente ficar livre para ligar: Com ganhos para o visitante do seu web site: Evita que ele fique preso no telefone, até que um atendente fique disponível. Com redução de custos para o seu 0800: Evita contato aguardando no seu 0800, até que um atendente fique disponível. Quando encontra diversos atendentes livres, tenta direcionar o atendimento para o que costuma atender o visitante.
