Dim the Internet - Turn down the brightness.

This.. This does NOT even work, I refreshed my chrome browser and still nothing.. 0 out of 10, I'd recommend getting the "Control tab brightness" or the "Adjust page brightness" ones rather then this.

I find this strangely useful to dim some of the overly-bright websites at night without tuning down the brightness of my monitor for everything.
