Problem with Tags

Dear Diigo Team,

Thank you very very much for fixing the problem with "/chappai" route.
As far as I can see since yesterday morning this problem is resolved.

I just wanted to let you know that the following GET request returns no items, although the "pdf" tag contains multiple items.
https://www.diigo.com/interact_api/search_user_items?what=%23pdf&sort=updated&count=24&format=json

This URL was working perfectly before, but since yesterday it is not working correctly.

I appreciate it if you can fix this issue.

cmd=bm_loadBookmark sends 404 Nginx error

Dear Diigo Team,

I understood that all the link but one with the following structure work just fine:
https://www.diigo.com/chappai/pv=13/ct=pj/cv=1/user=X/cmd=Y/from=pdfjs/

But the following gets 404 Nginx error:
https://www.diigo.com/chappai/pv=13/ct=pj/cv=1/user=X/cmd=bm_loadBookmark/from=pdfjs/

Can you please fix this issue? This issue does not allow the notes and highlights of PDF files get loaded into the web PDF viewer.

That would be a great help from you.

Getting 404 Error for the URL: https://www.diigo.com/chappai

Dear Diigo Team,

I just found out that for the following URL we get 404 error, which makes our highlights and notes (in PDF files) not to get loaded:
https://www.diigo.com/chappai

Can you please fix this issue.

XHR Request for Loading Highlights and Notes Gets 404 Error

Dear Diigo Team,

The following XHR request sticks in pending. I hope you are giving us a stable fix for this issue.

This application is really helping us in reading books and learning stuff. I hope you don't let this application die and you take this wonderful application to the next level.

auto complete drilldown of existing tags is failing

i have chome and started having difficulty about 2 weeks ago. no new extensions of api filters, use adguard but has been stable for years. :( i also see completed red hash in extension pinned icon, but failure to create is increasing.

any thoughts?

Chrome extension not working

Hi Diigo -- I can no longer right-click on an image on a webpage to create a bookmark for that page with an image. Please help!

Tag autocomplete not working

Recent update has broken tag autocomplete when bookmarking from the extension. This happened first in Firefox, now with the Chrome ext as well.
With FF, I was able to roll back to a previous release. Don't see how to do that with Chrome.

Getting error accessing support site

Getting this error when trying to access the support site:

"help.diigo.com points to the site "diigo-v4-help" which does not exist. Please contact the domain administrator."
