Diigo Web Collector - Capture and Annotate

Isn't stable. A site compares in the library with annotations but if you link to the site you see nothing. The highlight phrases disappear and you can't understand if a webpage is saved or not. If a site is long a lot of Highighted phrases disappear. I think is to slow to sincronize, because the highlighed words appear in the library if you look for them. I can't save a web page as a bookmark anymore.

Causes hanging and high CPU usage in Chrome - the latest 3.5.0 version causes complete hanging of the browser for minutes with 100% CPU usage

Things are now not working and customer support don't respond at all. Very disappointed and a waste of my subscription fee.

It used to be good but now it's broken a lot. The autocomplete for tags has not been working for a week. Customer support never responds.

Has anyone used Diigos premium features? What do you think, is it worth upgrading?

It's simple to use, understands how *I* like to research, so it provides that drag & drop feature, it automatically saves the website reference (for later use), and it keeps things easily organized (bullet function) Best research assistant ever!
