DigThisData LCBO Assistant
Overview
Exports LCBO Gateway purchase order data and creates a DigThisData CSV import file.
What’s New: - UI Improvements - All filtered orders shown will be exported, checkboxes are not used anymore and will be ignored - Final export has a clearer message popup when done - Columns are reset before export. A checkbox to disable this is found in Troubleshooting section. - Please note that if columns are rearranged or removed from the view, the data cannot be imported into Dig This Data. DigThisData LCBO Assistant is for authorized DigThisData clients who need to export purchase order data from the LCBO Gateway for DigThisData processing. The extension works only on the LCBO Gateway Orders page. It helps clients avoid the manual LCBO process of opening each purchase order one by one to export line-item data. It exports the current purchase order results, downloads the matching PO line-item files, and creates a DTDLCBOExport CSV file on the user's computer. The extension does not collect LCBO login credentials and does not upload exported files to DigThisData or any external server. Users must send the generated file to DigThisData through the approved client support or ingestion channel. ## What It Does - Works on the LCBO Gateway Orders page. - Uses the filters already applied by the user in LCBO. - Exports the current Purchase Orders list. - Opens each purchase order and exports its PO Line Items table. - Creates one final CSV file named `DTDLCBOExport_<date_time>.CSV`. - Saves files locally under the user's Chrome Downloads folder in `LCBO Exports`. ## What It Does Not Do - Does not store LCBO usernames or passwords. - Does not log in for the user. - Does not acknowledge, submit, save, edit, or modify purchase orders. - Does not upload LCBO data to DigThisData or any external server. ## Basic Use 1. Log in to the LCBO Gateway. 2. Go to Orders. 3. Apply any LCBO filters needed. 4. Press Go in LCBO so the Purchase Orders list is visible. 5. Open DigThisData LCBO Assistant. 6. Click Export Current Results. 7. Select the `LCBO Exports` folder if Chrome asks for folder access. 8. Wait for the export to finish. The final file is saved as: `LCBO Exports/DTDLCBOExport_<date_time>.CSV` ## Supported Site `https://lcbo-vendor-portal.launchpad.cfapps.us10.hana.ondemand.com/*` ## Notes The extension is intended for authorized LCBO Vendor Portal users who already have access to the purchase order data they are exporting.
