Digital Wellbeing helps you see where your time actually goes in the browser, and gives you the tools to spend it more intentionally — time tracking, website limits, Focus Mode, goals, and break reminders, all in one clean dashboard. It also keeps the tab clutter that fuels distraction under control, so the two problems get solved together instead of by two separate tools. SEE WHERE YOUR TIME GOES • A full dashboard: total time, focus time, distracting time, peak hour, and longest session at a glance • Time breakdown by category (built-in categories like Programming, News, Stock Market, plus your own) with a donut chart and day-over-day trends • Activity-by-hour chart so you can see when you're most productive — and when you're not • A wellbeing score that weighs productive vs. distracting time, with a 7-day trend • Click into any category for a detailed view: total time, top site, longest session, and share of your day • A popup quick-summary for a glance at today without opening the full dashboard SET HEALTHY LIMITS • Daily time limits per website or per category, with separate weekend limits if you want them • Choose warn-only or hard-block mode per limit • Focus Mode: block a list of distracting sites, or restrict yourself to an allowlist, on a schedule you define • Break reminders after a configurable period of continuous browsing BUILD BETTER HABITS • Set goals like "keep YouTube under 30 minutes a day" and track your current and longest streaks • Insights generated from your own activity — peak hours, distracting-time warnings, long-session nudges DECLUTTER YOUR TABS TOO • Tab Cleanup: duplicates, ungrouped tabs, tabs you haven't touched in a week, and media-heavy tabs, all surfaced with one click to review • Fuzzy or plain-text search across every open tab's title, URL, and domain • Automatic duplicate detection with adjustable match strictness — review each group and choose exactly what to close, nothing closes automatically • Organize tabs by window or by category, with drag-and-drop reordering • Recently Closed history, Markdown/HTML export, and JSON backup & restore of your categories and settings CATEGORIZATION, YOUR WAY • Built-in categories (AI, Programming, Technologies, News, Stock Market, Business, Psychology, Movies) plus your own custom ones • Rule-based auto-categorization works out of the box, no setup required • Optional AI-assisted categorization and summarization — bring your own API key from your preferred AI provider, or point it at a locally-running model. Fully opt-in and off by default. BUILT FOR PRIVACY • Everything — your usage history, limits, goals, categories, and settings — stays in your own browser (chrome.storage). There's no backend server, because we don't run one. • AI features only activate if you explicitly configure a provider and API key; your data goes straight from your browser to the provider you chose, never through us. • No ads, no analytics, no tracking.
