Overview
Decode 60+ analytics, tag manager, CDP, and ad-pixel vendors in DevTools. Validate SDR specs, scan for PII/consent, export HAR.
Digital Tools Debugger is a DevTools panel for anyone who builds, QAs, or audits analytics and marketing tag implementations — GA4, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Segment, and 60+ other vendors across analytics, tag management, CDPs, ad pixels, session replay tools, and more. WHAT IT DOES - Decodes network requests and DataLayer/gtag activity in real time, showing exactly which vendor fired, what event, and what parameters were sent — no more guessing from raw query strings. - Validates events against your own SDR (Solution Design Reference) spec, flagging missing required parameters or wrong data types the moment a tag fires. - Scans every payload for likely PII (emails, phone numbers, SSNs, credit card numbers) and cross-references consent state (OneTrust, Cookiebot, IAB TCF) so you can catch tags firing without proper consent. - Exports a standards-compliant HAR file of your session for sharing with teammates or importing into other tools. WHO IT'S FOR Analytics engineers, marketing technologists, QA testers, and anyone auditing a site's tag implementation before launch. PRIVACY Everything runs locally in your browser. Digital Tools Debugger has no backend and sends no data anywhere — it only captures activity for tabs where you've explicitly opened its panel, exactly like Chrome's own Network tab.
