Dibs watches the marketplace searches you already run and tells you within minutes when something new matches, so you can be the first message the seller reads. Set up a search the way you like it — keywords, price, radius, category — click the Dibs icon, and choose "Watch this search". That is the whole setup. HOW YOU HEAR ABOUT IT • A desktop notification, Telegram, Discord, an email digest, or a signed webhook to your own tools • Each alert carries the photo, price, location and a direct link to the listing • If the price of something you were already told about drops far enough, you hear once more, with the old price • Every channel is on every plan, free included WHAT ELSE IT DOES • History: everything a search has found stays at dibs.deals with its photo, filterable by words and price, after the seller takes it down • Rules: words a result must have, words that rule it out, a price range and an age limit, so "iPhone" stops pinging you about phone cases • Marks on the page (new in 1.0.7, off until you switch it on): while you browse a supported site yourself, Dibs outlines results that match a search you watch, tags the ones it already found, shows price moves on the card, and greys out what your rules turned down HOW IT WORKS Dibs re-opens each watched search in a collapsed background tab group, in your own signed-in session, and reports only what it has not shown you before. No password to hand over, no shared account, no server logging in as you. It runs while Chrome is open; when your computer is off, it waits.
