Improves the GitHub Actions job experience.

GHA++ replaces the GitHub Actions job-log view with a responsive viewer designed for large logs and live runs. Features - Expand and collapse steps and log groups. - Read ANSI-colored output with clickable line numbers. - Load older output as needed. - See live output and step-status updates. - Follow a live step as its output grows. - Enable or disable GHA++ from the extension popup. Open a GitHub Actions workflow run and select a job to use GHA++. It uses your existing GitHub access; it does not grant access to repositories you cannot already view. Privacy All log processing happens locally in your browser. GHA++ collects no analytics. It retrieves logs and live updates directly from GitHub and its log-storage hosts.
