We can't get the movie to play outside of the app.

The kids downloaded the Chrome Extension, made videos, recorded sound, saved, found the file, and tried to play. It's just black. How can we play them back. I saw that you said to play them in a browser, but how?

Video is unplayable

I keep getting this error when I try to play the videos back after saving them. Every video player and every file format I have tried give me the same message or one that says 'file is corrupt'.

corrupt files

Saved files cant play in video, they are corrupt , and cant convert to a program that works.

Can't view webm file

Created a webm file and now it can't be opened in any browser. Can't load a saved file into the application either. Does anyone still support this?

file won't play

I have a file from the stop motion animator that shows 16MB data but won't play and won't load back into the animator. What can I do?

I cannot open the saved files using the load feature or trying to open the file outside of the app. My son really enjoys the app. Any chance the save and load feature can be fixed?

.webm are corrupted

Hello I am using this with my students and the ,webm files are corrupted. I am not able to open the file on any platform or device I have access to. Please help.

please help

my student have been using this app to create their stopmotion projects.They saved their work and haven't been able to play them back. This app was working about two weeks ago . now its not .PLEASE help

Your webm files are corrupt.

The .webm files downloaded from your otherwise nice app are corrupt.

Mkvtoolnix says your .webm files are well formed.

Handbrake says that every frame (every SimpleBlock in every Cluster, in matroska parlance) has "vp8 invalid sync code 027f00" . That looks to me like you somehow corrupt the MediaRecorder video data stream before storing it.
