Side panel for real estate agents: save the listing you are viewing to a client, then create PDF shortlists and offer letters.

MyListClip is a side panel for real estate agents who help clients buy or rent a home. It saves the property listing you have open for your client, keeps its price current when you ask, turns the properties you saved into a shortlist for that client, sent as a PDF or as a link, and writes the offer letter you send to the seller's or landlord's side once your client chooses one. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open the side panel: click the MyListClip icon in the Chrome toolbar and sign in with your MyListClip account. 2. Organize your clients: add a client, then an opportunity for each search, to buy or to rent. The Clients, Opportunities and Offers tabs list your work, each with a search box. 3. Capture a listing: open a property on Zillow and click "Capture this listing". MyListClip reads that page once (address, price, beds, baths, photos and the published price history) and shows you a confirmation screen before anything is saved. A property from any other source can be added by hand. 4. Keep the price current: on a property you saved from Zillow, click "Update price". Its listing opens in a new tab; when the page has loaded, click "Capture price". Only the price is read, and you see the saved price beside the new one before anything changes. Each property shows the date it was captured and the date its price was last checked. 5. Follow each property: mark it Proposed, Liked, Offer made (Application sent for rentals) or Discarded, and keep notes on it. Internal notes are for you; the notes you mark for your client can appear in the shortlist. 6. Send a shortlist: generate a PDF with your logo and contact details, the homes at a glance with their price per square foot, one page per property with photos, details, description and price history, and a side-by-side comparison. Send the PDF yourself, or create a link: a page your client opens on their phone for 10 days, the same as the PDF, ready to send by WhatsApp, text message or email. On that page your client can answer "I like it" or "Not for me" on each property; the answer reaches you as a note on the property and never changes its status by itself. Every property links to its source and shows the date its price was last checked. Internal notes never appear in a shortlist. It comes out in your client's language, English, Spanish or Portuguese, rather than yours. 7. Make an offer: once your client likes a property, generate a non-binding letter of intent to the seller's or landlord's side, in English, Spanish or Portuguese, then record the answer: accepted, countered, rejected, withdrawn or expired. Answer a counteroffer with a new version of the letter. 8. Close the opportunity: move it through its stages, from New and Shortlist sent to Negotiating and Under contract, then mark it Closed, with the property and the final price, or Lost, with a reason. 9. Keep your commission private: record your commission on an opportunity to see your estimated earnings. It never appears in a shortlist, an offer letter or an email to your client. Your clients and opportunities are also in the web dashboard at app.mylistclip.com. The side panel and the dashboard work in English, Spanish and Portuguese. ONLY WHEN YOU CLICK MyListClip reads a listing only when you click Capture, on the page already open in your browser. It opens a saved listing only when you click "Update price" on it, and reads that page's price only when you click "Capture price". It does not crawl websites and never re-checks saved listings by itself. Access to Zillow is requested the first time you capture there, not when you install. YOUR DATA Your clients and properties are private to your account and isolated from every other agent's in our database. You sign in with Google, or with your MyListClip email and password, which the extension sends only to our sign-in service, Supabase Auth, and never stores.
