EatingAI: Calorie Coach
Overview
Tell Remo what you ate and get rough calories, macros and a food score in seconds. Works alongside the EatingAI app.
Tell Remo what you ate and get rough calories, macros and a food score in seconds, right from your browser. Type "two eggs on toast and a coffee", or say it, and you'll see what was understood, the macros, a score out of 100 and one tip that would lift it. What you can do • Add what you ate in a few words, by typing or with your voice • See today at a glance: what's left of your daily target, protein, carbs, fat and a day score • Keep it open in the side panel next to any page • Add a recipe you're reading: click "From this page", or select text such as "a banana" and right-click • Type "eat" and a space in the address bar, then what you had, and press Enter • Change a portion or which meal it was. Move it to yesterday or remove it, with undo. Not recognised? Type the calories yourself • Ask "What should I eat?" or "Pasta or curry tonight?" and get an answer that fits the rest of your target • See your last 7 days, your average score, your streak and your best plate, and open any date for detail • Optional nudges: a reminder when lunch isn't in yet (with "Log the usual" in one click), a streak saver, an evening recap and a Sunday recap. Off until you turn them on, never more than four a day, with quiet hours and a pause button • Pick how honest the coach is: Kind or Blunt • Keyboard shortcuts: Alt+Shift+E opens it, Alt+Shift+R opens the side panel Private by design Your diary and settings stay in this browser. There's no account and no tracking. Voice is optional: if you use the mic, the browser sends the audio to Google to turn it into text. Download your data as JSON or CSV, move it to another computer, or delete it, at any time in Settings. Works alongside the EatingAI app for iPhone and Android, which adds photo logging, barcode scanning and check-in calls. Good to know Estimates are rough: change the portion, or type the calories yourself when something isn't recognised. This is for general wellbeing, for adults 18 and over. It is not a medical device and doesn't give medical advice. If tracking food makes you anxious, please stop and talk to someone you trust or your doctor. Support: support@eatingai.com
