Overview
Refresh tabs on a schedule and monitor page content locally.
Keep your pages up to date and watch for the changes that matter. Auto Refresh & Page Monitor automatically refreshes selected tabs, detects keywords and page content changes, and alerts you locally in your browser. No account required. ⭐ REFRESH CONTROLS • Preset and custom intervals: choose how often each tab refreshes. • Random intervals: refresh at varying times within your chosen range. • Refresh limit: stop automatically after a set number of refreshes. • Pause, resume, and stop: control each session independently. • Cache bypass: request a reload without using cached page content. • Interaction controls: optionally stop, pause, or restart the countdown when you click, type, or scroll. ⭐ PAGE MONITORING • Keyword found or lost: detect when selected words or phrases appear or disappear. Add multiple targets to a session. • Content changes: monitor changes in page text or HTML source. • Flexible expressions: use plain text, regular expressions, CSS selectors, or XPath. • Custom page areas: focus monitoring on a selected section of the page. • Visual element picker: point to an element to select a monitoring area or target without writing a CSS selector manually. • Live monitoring: detect changes as the page updates, with an optional detection delay for content that takes time to load. • Detection behavior: stop after detection or continue refreshing with monitoring enabled. Optionally suppress repeated matches. ⭐ ALERTS AND PAGE ACTIONS • Receive local desktop notifications and optional sound alerts. • Highlight matched text and scroll to the detected content. • Bring the browser window and monitored tab into focus on detection. • Optionally click a selected element after a reload or when a match is detected. ⭐ MULTIPLE TABS, CLEAR CONTROLS • Run separate refresh and monitoring sessions across multiple tabs and browser windows. • Use Active Tabs to view countdowns and pause, resume, or stop sessions. • Check the toolbar countdown or enable a draggable on-page timer. Its position is remembered for each website. • Choose canonical URL behavior or follow redirects in the same tab. • Running and paused sessions are protected from automatic tab discarding. Recovering a suspended tab may select it in its window. • Use Alt+Shift+R to toggle refreshing for the current tab. ⭐ USE CASES Watch for product availability, new job listings, updated announcements, or changes to prices and page content. Keep dashboards and other regularly updated pages refreshed while you work. ⭐ GET STARTED 1. Open the website you want to refresh and click the extension icon. 2.
