Portal Login Filler saves time for accountants, tax practitioners, individuals and businesses that log in to many client accounts every day. Open a login page, click the extension, and pick the client. Their User ID and Password are filled in for you. You then type the CAPTCHA, complete any OTP, and click Login yourself. HOW IT WORKS • The side panel detects which portal is open and lists only that portal's clients. • Your client list stays in your own Google Sheet or Excel (.xlsx) file: Portal | Client | User ID | Password | Active. The extension can create a sample Sheet or Excel file for you, with a Portal drop-down. • Already using your own names for portals? Match each one once in Settings; no need to edit your sheet. • Settings slide in right inside the side panel, with built-in help. • Your settings follow you to every computer through a small file in your own Google Drive (no passwords in it). • Search clients by name or User ID. Logins where the password is on a second screen are supported. • Extra boxes such as a mobile number can be added to any portal and filled from a column of your list. • PIN lock (offered when you install it): nobody else can use the extension while you are away from the PC. • Caps Lock, Num Lock and Scroll Lock indicators help you type case-sensitive CAPTCHAs correctly. • Login pages change over time. "Configure Portal" lets you point at the right fields with one click, and updates to the ready-made portals keep your own changes.
