)Overview
Redact any web page with color-coded parts of speech: nouns, verbs, adjectives, names and more.
SyntaxRedactor is a visual experiment that turns any website with English text into a color-coded blackout. Once applied, every word on the page becomes a solid block of color based on its role in the sentence: nouns, verbs, adjectives, names, pronouns, prepositions, conjunctions, numerals, interjections, punctuation, and everything “other” each get their own color. It’s half grammar highlighter, half abstract poster generator. You can use it to see how a text is built, or just enjoy watching familiar pages dissolve into a beautiful grid of color. Everything runs locally in your browser, nothing is sent anywhere, and for now it only works in English.
