Pick the right one and click Find Email. No typing at all. Manual: the flexible one Sometimes the profile alone is not enough to find someone. The company on LinkedIn is a holding company, or a rebrand, or the trading name and the email domain do not match. The Manual tab lets you type whatever you want: any first and last name, any company name, and the company website. It works on any page, so you can also look someone up you found in an article, a podcast, or a conference list, without a LinkedIn profile at all. Use them together A search is identified by the exact combination of what you typed. Change the company, add the website domain, or fix a spelling, and it counts as a new search, so you can keep refining until it lands.
