Adjust font sizes, resize panels, arrange thumbnails, navigate cases with keyboard shortcuts, and scroll through images with mobile gestures. Save your preferred layout and it's there next time. ★ Updated for RADPrimer's new assessment layout (2026). If the extension stopped working after RADPrimer's redesign, this release fixes it. Drag the divider to size the question panel exactly how you like it, or move it to the bottom. - Vertical Monitors: Full support for portrait displays, for studying alongside PACS. - Flexible Image Viewing: Toggle between grid and single image views, fit images with contain or cover modes, and view captions in a dedicated side panel. - Efficient Navigation: Keyboard shortcuts (= / - for questions, arrow keys for images, 1-9 or A-Z for answers) plus mobile swipes and double-taps. - Interaction Tools: Right-click to strike through answers, toggle annotations and captions, show or hide the timer, and save/load your default layout. - Comfortable Reading: Tuned typography and line spacing for long study sessions. - Persistent Settings: Your preferences are saved locally in your browser. - Stays Out of the Way: Turn it off with one click and RADPrimer looks and behaves exactly as it normally does — the extension changes nothing until you turn it back on.
