DevUtils Sidebar is a complete developer toolbox that lives inside Chrome's side panel. Open it with ⌘+Shift+D / Ctrl+Shift+D and your tools follow you to every tab — no popups, no new windows, no context switching. Everything runs entirely on your device. No accounts, no servers, no analytics, no telemetry. No accounts. • Only two manifest permissions: `storage` (for preferences and the encrypted vault) and `sidePanel` (to render the UI). • Preferences and notes live in `chrome.storage.local`, the per-profile on-device storage area managed by Chrome. • Vault contents are encrypted at rest.
