DevTools Theme: Zero Dark Matrix

Google seem to have really messed up their Dev Tools stock dark mode in v123.0.6312.58, (a recent release from a day or two ago for my O/S) which now sports a lurid blue ribbon bar at the top. Have used it for 1+ year, it's awesome; but in latest chrome update styles have been messed up a bit, hope it will be updated to fix them

I love it. I have used another DevTool but I think this is more useful for me.
