Devine Coach is the internal live call coach for Matt Devine Agency, Inc. It is for agency employees only and requires an agency ProducerIQ login to save calls. What it does - Objection answers in real time — when a client raises an objection, the matching answer from the agency's Producer's Bible pops up instantly. - Live coaching tips — short, timely suggestions during the call, grounded in the Producer's Bible. - The Road — the agency's ten-stop call process with the exact lines to say. - Coverage reference — plain-language explanations of common coverages. - Pin on top — a resizable window that stays above the phone system and quoting screens. - Calls save to the agency's ProducerIQ Coach Console for review and coaching. Privacy: no audio is stored. Call text is saved only to the agency's private database.
