Device Baton is a Chrome extension that makes it easy to hand off web pages, text, links, addresses, Wi-Fi information, and more from one device to another using QR codes. You can instantly create a QR code from the page you are currently viewing. In addition to URLs, Device Baton supports plain text, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and Wi-Fi connection information.
