Device Baton is a Chrome extension that makes it easy to hand off web pages, text, links, addresses, Wi-Fi information, and more from one device to another using QR codes. You can instantly create a QR code from the page you are currently viewing. In addition to URLs, Device Baton supports plain text, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and Wi-Fi connection information. Main features: • Convert the current web page URL into a QR code • Convert text and notes into QR codes • Convert addresses into map search links • Create phone-call links from phone numbers • Create email links from email addresses • Create QR codes for Wi-Fi connection information • Create codes from web pages, selected text, links, and image URLs using the right-click menu • Save generated codes as PNG images • Copy generated images to the clipboard • Quickly open email and sharing options • Save generated codes to local history for reuse • Support for light mode and dark mode All QR code generation is performed locally in your browser. URLs, text, Wi-Fi information, and other content entered into the extension are not sent to the developer's servers. Device Baton can be used not only from PC to smartphone, but also from PC to another PC, PC to tablet, and other device combinations.
