Tried it for the trial period but wasn't getting that much leads (2) so messaged support and asked if I was doing it correctly or had done something wrong, didn't think I got a response. Later I see that I did, but was in spam. I cancelled and got asked to give feedback via an automated message for a Starbucks voucher, I gave feedback - was not interested in the voucher but was hoping to get a reply to the support email with help, but didn't. We’ve tried other AI social media tools but this one is by far the best, especially for monitoring Facebook groups.
