Overview
Branches, PRs, AI code review & fixes, Slack pings and Jira status sync — automated from the Jira issue you're on.
DevFlow for Jira adds a small panel to every Jira issue that does the boring parts of shipping code for you. Create the branch, open the pull request, ask for a review, fix review comments and move the issue forward — in a few clicks, without leaving the issue. WHAT IT DOES • Branches in one click — names the branch from the issue using your team's template, creates it on GitHub or GitLab from the right base branch, and checks it out on your computer. • Pull requests with AI descriptions — opens the pull request from your template and lets your local AI tool write the summary and list of changes. • AI code review — your AI tool drafts line-by-line review comments ranked from blocker to low. You decide what to publish, then let AI check the author's fixes. • Fix review comments with AI — each open comment is fixed in a separate working copy, one commit per comment, using your commit template. • Review requests in Slack — posted from your own account in your reviewers' channel, in the thread of the pull request announcement. • Issue status sync — moves the Jira issue forward when the branch or pull request is created, when it's ready for review or testing, and when it's merged. • Auto-merge — merges the pull request once your rules are met: approvals, a passing pipeline and resolved comments. Set it per repository or per pull request type, and turn it off for single pull requests. • Pipeline retries — failed CI jobs are re-run automatically, so flaky failures fix themselves. • Private reminders — personal Slack messages only you see, for failing pipelines, merge conflicts, fixed comments and mentions. • Command line and MCP — the same actions are available from your terminal or from an AI coding agent, so you can script your own flow. RUNS ON YOUR MACHINE Git, AI and file work are handled by the free DevFlow Desktop companion app on your computer. Your code, repositories and access tokens stay on your device and are never uploaded to our servers. AI features run through the AI command-line tool you already use — Claude Code, Codex or Cursor — so they use your existing subscription. PRICING Free for 30 days, no card required. After that, a one-time $29 payment for a lifetime license — no subscription, all future updates included. GETTING STARTED 1. Install this extension and the DevFlow Desktop app. 2. Open any Jira issue and run the setup wizard once for each Jira project. 3. Start working from the panel. Docs: https://devflow-one.com/docs Support: support@devflow-one.com
