Dev Dashboard reads your GitHub pull requests, issues, reviews, comments and notifications using a GitHub token you provide. The token and this data are stored only in your browser and sent only to api.github.com. If you turn on the optional Bob actions, your question and the item's link are sent to IBM Bob through Bob Shell on your computer, only when you click one. Nothing is sold or used for anything else.
