Enter a load from the rate confirmation, punch in your dock check-in and check-out times, and it computes the detention at the broker's own billing increment, watches the claim window, and drafts the invoice and claim email for you to send. - Detention math from your rate con terms: free hours, per-hour or 15-minute increments, overnight spans. - TONU, lumper reimbursement, layover, and extra-stop pay logged alongside it. - A claim-by countdown on every load, red under three days, plus a toolbar badge and optional notification. - One-click paperwork: an itemized invoice with your carrier header, MC/DOT, and remit-to, and a paste-ready email. - A recovery ledger: recovered this month, recovered all time, and what brokers still owe you, broken out by broker and type. - CSV export for your bookkeeper and a JSON backup of your records. Your carriers, loads, and claim records stay in your browser's local storage and are never uploaded. HaulGuard does not read your load boards or broker portals and never asks for a portal password, and you send every claim yourself. The only network call it makes is the subscription check with our payment provider. Free for 5 loads a month.
