Desktop Clock won't open

Hi guys, the Desktop Clock is not opening... when I click on its icon in the chrome apps page, it just closes and the app doesn't open... no error msg, nothing...
Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Get this error since Chrome OS 103:

I want to add a clock to my desktop
