KMS Knowledge Base를 구축하려고 할 때, 매번 CS/CX팀과 운영팀이 모여 매뉴얼과 상담 내역을 정리하지 않으셨나요? 더 이상 수기로 작업하실 필요가 없습니다. 포맷에 관계없이, 데스크룸에 매뉴얼이나 상담 내역 파일을 업로드해주세요. 저희가 자동으로 질문(Q)과 답변(A)으로 구성된 Knowledge Base를 구성해드립니다. 엑셀, 워드, hwp, PDF 등 어떤 포맷이던 상관 없습니다. 2. 답변 추천 기능 고객과 상담할 때, 엑셀이나 노션으로 작성된 Knowledge Base에서 Ctrl + F로 키워드를 검색하셨나요? 유사한 문의가 여러 개 나오면, 하나하나 내려보지는 않으셨나요? 더 이상 그러실 필요 없습니다. 상담 메신저의 채팅창에서 고객의 메시지를 드래그하거나, 전화 상담 중 고객의 문의를 간단하게 입력하세요. 데스크룸이 Knowledge Base 안에 있는 답변들 중 가장 적절한 답변을 추천해드립니다. 데스크룸은 현재 무료로 제공됩니다. 데스크룸과 함께 CS/CX팀의 생산성을 향상 시키세요!
